- We work against active requirements confirmed by housing providers. Location, property type, bedroom profile and timing are established before we assess a property, allowing us to identify where there is a genuine potential fit. Where your property aligns with a current requirement, we explain the opportunity and proposed next steps. Where it does not, we won’t try to manufacture a fit.
- Who manages the relationship?
- Lingard Shaw. One point of contact coordinates the property relationship across sourcing, onboarding and the ongoing arrangement, rather than passing you between parties.
- How is my property onboarded?
- Property condition, relevant documentation and any applicable requirements are reviewed before progression. Agreements, records and practical handover steps are then coordinated so the property moves into use in an orderly, documented way.
- What happens next?
